Maya Learning to Walk

Maya is just about ready to walk. She pushes her little cart around the house all over until she crashes into a wall and can't figure out what to do after that. It won't be long until she is off and running on her own.

Swings and Slides and Soccer

Soccer has started again. Emily and Allie are both playing. Josh and Maya don't mind this because that means they get to play at the park 4 days a week.  So swings and slides and soccer it is for the next couple of months.

Chalk Drawings

We decided to take advantage of the warm weather and go outside and play.

Allie and Josh rode scooters and bikes and ran around.

 Emily and I colored with chalk.

St. Patty's Day art.

Maya enjoyed hanging out on the blanket and getting into the chalk.

We had a great time.

Skiing

We took all the kids skiing today. Oh boy! What a challenge. We have to have someone out skiing Emily and 1 other kid while the other adult sits in the lodge with Maya and the other kid.

Maya didn't mind sitting in the lodge as long as she had french fries to munch.

While it is a major challenge taking 4 kids skiing we have a fun time. The kids all love it.  And while it may be rough for a few hours hopefully the kids will remember the times we went together as a family.
